# Outsat

> Outsat is a public Bitcoin Lightning leaderboard. Anyone can pay sats to rank one http(s) host.

Rank is total sats on that host. The same host stacks. Amounts snap to 1,000-sat steps. Nothing sits until the Lightning invoice clears. No accounts. No refunds. Dollars are a label, not the score.

English URLs are unprefixed. Other locales use /{locale} or /{locale}{path} (fr, es, pt, it, nl, id, de, pl, tr, vi, ja, zh, ko, hi, ru, uk, fa, he, ar). This file lists the English URLs.
